1. Introduction

Welcome to Train4Security UK (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website (www.train4securityuk.co.uk) and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Company Information

Train4Security UK is a UK-based security training provider offering accredited qualifications, including SIA-linked courses such as the Level 2 Award for Working as a Door Supervisor, CCTV Operator, and Security Officer qualifications.
Our registered office is located in the United Kingdom.

3. Course Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment can be made via the methods displayed at checkout or invoice.

  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval from Train4Security UK.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date may be eligible for a refund (subject to an admin fee).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or failure to complete the course.

  • If Train4Security UK cancels or reschedules a course, learners will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

5. Learner Requirements

  • Learners must bring valid photo ID and any required right-to-work or residency documentation.

  • Attendance for the full duration of the course is mandatory to receive certification.

  • Learners must be aged 18 or over for SIA-linked qualifications.

  • All learners must demonstrate a suitable level of English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) as required by SIA standards.

6. Certification

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the qualification and after all assessments have been passed.
Train4Security UK is not responsible for delays caused by awarding bodies or regulatory authorities.

7. Conduct and Dismissal

We maintain a professional learning environment.
Any learner found to be disruptive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, abusive, or failing to follow tutor instructions may be removed from the course without refund.

8. Website Use

  • All content, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of Train4Security UK.

  • You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

  • We are not responsible for the content of external links provided on our website.

9. Liability

Train4Security UK is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at training, use of this website, or actions taken based on information provided.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
